These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Classer API and related services provided by BrainByte, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Classer API and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Classer provides AI-powered text classification APIs including classification, tagging, scoring, and matching endpoints. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the service using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide.
Paid plans are billed based on usage. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
